Andrea Scheichl joined the Austrian Patent Office (APO) in 2003 and was appointed Vice President for Trademarks, Designs and Support in 2010. In this position, she is also responsible for European and international cooperation in the field of trademarks and designs.
She is a member of the Management Board of the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).

Andrea Scheichl holds a degree in Art History and History from the University of Vienna and a Master of Advanced Studies in Ancillary and Archival Sciences.
