Elena Miller is partner at Bojinov & Bojinov, Sofia, Bulgaria. She has joined the firm in 2003, after practicing law on the territory of the United States. Her practice encompasses protecting and enforcing intellectual and industrial property rights with a particular emphasis in the areas of trademark, design, domain names and unfair competition.

Elena has graduated from New England School of Law, Boston, Massachusetts, in 2001 with a Juris Doctor degree in law. She is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association and Sofia Bar Association. Elena acquired a post graduate degree in UK, European and US Law of Copyright and Related Rights from King’s College London. She is Chair of the Harmonization Committee at ECTA and past Council member. Elena’s daily practice concerns representation before the Bulgarian Patent Office, EUIPO and the Bulgarian courts, including last instance the Supreme Court. Elena also thought a Trademark Course at the University for National and World Economy, Sofia, Bulgaria.
