For more than 20 years Lambert Pechan is lawyer and partner of Weber Sauberschwarz, a law firm specialized in IP- and competition law, located in Düsseldorf, Germany. His main practice area in the field of IP law is trademark and design law. Further areas of practice are competition and data protection law, in particular in connection with advertising law issues. In these areas, Lambert Pechan offers his clients comprehensive legal advice as well as litigation services up to the ECJ and in proceedings before the EUIPO and WIPO.
