ECTA Supervisory Board Member and Vice-Chair of the ECTA Internet Committee, HGF Limited, UK

Lauren is a UK Chartered Trade Mark and Designs Attorney working in HGF's Manchester office. She acts for a number of UK and international clients, from large multinationals to SMEs and start-ups.
As well as providing her clients with commercially focused IP filing and prosecution advice, Lauren handles domain name disputes, including complaints before the UK domain name registry, Nominet, and WIPO.
As part of her role as Vice Chair of the ECTA Internet Committee, Lauren is involved in projects concerning WHOIS availability post-GDPR and has written articles on this topic for the European Intellectual Property Review and the Kluwer Trademark Blog.
