Ranee is specialized in – and passionate about – intellectual property, with a focus on trademarks, designs, copyrights and trade names. Ranee also represents her clients in cases related to advertisement law and unfair commercial practices.

As an experienced litigator and negotiator, Ranee represents international and domestic clients in various sectors, such as fashion, luxury, food and automotive. In court room litigations as well as in administrative disputes such as opposition proceedings.

Ranee is committed to the protection of well-known trademarks against counterfeiting on a daily basis, and has extensive experience with Customs and Police seizures of counterfeit goods.

Besides the protection of intellectual property, Ranee assists her clients with transferring or licensing their intellectual property rights.
