The Extended Working Group of the CP11 ‘New Types of Trade Mark – Examination of formal requirements and grounds for refusal and invalidity’, will be held online on 7-8 September 2020 and ECTA will be represented by two of its expert members.

Participants have already shared their best practices and expertise in order to establish the common principles of this Project and the new version of the draft CP11 Common Practice, which combines both WS1 And WS2, is now published for comments on the EUIPN website.

Currently, ECTA is reviewing the document, in order to provide any last comment. The proposals received at this stage will be presented at the Extended Working Group meeting.
