The policy of the association is in the hands of the Supervisory Board who, being the elected body of the association, is the only body which are fully representative of the membership.

The Board of Directors is formed by a President, two Vice-Presidents, a Secretary General and a Treasurer and is responsible for the general and daily management of the associations and supervising and controlling the work of the Committees, Legal Advisers and staff.
