The 3rd drafting workshop of the of CP11-WS1 ‘New Types of Trade Marks – Examination of formal requirements and absolute grounds for refusal and invalidity', will be held online on 11-12-13 May 2020, due to the spread of COVID-19. ECTA will be represented by one of its members.

Participants have already shared their best practices and expertise in order to establish the common principles of this Project and this will be the last meeting in which they will have the opportunity to refine the Common Practice.
