The EUIPO has recently made available a new section on its website, which contains the relevant information on how the EUIPO intends to handle the circumstances in which EUTM and RCD Regulations would cease to apply to the UK as from the withdrawal day in the case of the so-called “hard Brexit” scenario.

This section contains links to relevant EUIPO documents including the recently published Communication of 22 February 2019 and the EUIPO General Additional Guidance for Right Holders and Representatives.
