WIPO recently launched its new publication series ‘WIPO Collection of Leading Judgments on Intellectual Property', which intends to give the global IP community access to landmark judgments from some of the most dynamic litigation jurisdictions of the world.

The joint publication between the Supreme People’s Court (SPC) of the People’s Republic of China and the WIPO Judicial Institute is the first volume of the series, featuring 30 representative judgments rendered by the SPC between 2011 and 2018 presented in both Chinese and English.
