The Litigation Service of the EUIPO Boards of Appeal has
updated the overview of Case-Law from the General Court (GC) and Court of Justice (CJ) of the EU.
The document includes a compilation of the
key points of judgments and orders rendered by the GC and CJ in 2019 and until August 2020 on actions brought against decisions taken by the EUIPO Boards of Appeal in
trade mark and design matters. It also includes key points of judgments rendered by the CJ in preliminary rulings on IPRs and their enforcement.
Key points consist of new or infrequent statements or statements that, while not new, are relevant in confirming established case-law.
