WIPO Webinar - Understanding Examination and Refusal Procedures at the EUIPO (29 June)

29 June (4.00 – 5.00 pm) the
WIPO will hold a
webinar, part of the
Madrid System webinar series, about
designating the EU in International Registration and the issues that may arise.
Experts from the EUIPO (
Maria José Gil Berenguer and
Patricia López, Operations Department) will explain the examination procedures at the EUIPO, the most common reasons for the issuance of provisional refusals and explain the specific requirements when designating the EU in an international application or subsequent designation.
The webinar will be held in
