‘EUIPO at the service of custumers - our digital journey’: Survey by 21 January 2022

One of the EUIPO goals is to develop
advanced customer-centric services.
To this end, the Office prepared the document
EUIPO at the service of custumers – our digital journey which describes the EUIPO’s services planned to be launched under the SP2025. All the services will be designed around four main pathways:
discover IP, protect IP, manage IP and exploit and defend IP.
The EUIPO invites stakeholders for feedback on the document by filling this
survey, which contains 3 questions. Please feel free to share your views
by 21 January 2022.
