ECTA Round Table held on 14 February 2019 in Alicante, Spain discussed recent case law and legislative developments on registrable shapes for 3D trade marks and designs. ECTA Council member Mr. Fabio Angelini moderated a fantastic panel of speakers from the EUIPO and private practice. EUIPO representatives, local practitioners, academics and students were present in the audience which counted around 75 attendees.
