The EUIPO Boards of Appeal Action Plan (2021-2026) was recently approved by the Presidium of the Boards of Appeal with positive feedback and overall support from all the members and observers.

The Action Plan is an internal roadmap, establishing the direction the EUIPO Boards of Appeal will take in the next five years, how they will tackle the challenges ahead and contribute to the Strategic Plan of the Office (SP2025). The Plan aims to further develop the Boards’ operations by presenting initiatives to be launched in the coming years to implement a renewed vision for the Boards as a high-quality, effective, efficient, coherent, and modern IP Dispute Resolution Body.

The implementation phase will begin in early 2022.
