On 1 February 2020 the newest edition of the Guidelines for Examination of EUTMs and RCDs entered into force, following their adoption by the Executive Director of the Office on 12 December 2019. They are available in the five Office languages: English, French, German, Italian and Spanish, both HTML and PDF format HERE on the EUIPO website.
