If you receive a phone call from a number that appears to be an official WIPO number, whether from the WIPO Office in New York or otherwise, requesting fee payment or information, do not pay anything or provide confidential information. These calls are scams that bear no connection to WIPO or to any of our Services. WIPO will never solicit any kind of payment by telephone.
