Revised Rules of Procedure of the EUIPO Boards of Appeal entered into force today
The
revised Rules of Procedure of the EUIPO Boards of Appeal entered into force today, 1 March 2024.
The most significant changes concern the
calculation and extension of time limits (Article 3 BoA RoP),
procedures for suspensions (Article 44 BoA RoP), as well as
provisions concerning alternative dispute resolution (Articles 33 to 34 BoA RoP).
