Despite the spread of COVID-19, declared as a pandemic by WHO, WIPO is continuing to deliver the important work plan almost entirely remotely. In particular,
UDRP and related ccTLD cases will continue to be processed.
As the situation is evolving day by day worldwide, all parties are kindly requested by WIPO to understand that some flexibility and discretion could be required in individual case scenarios.
Parties may submit case filings to
domain.disputes@wipo.int ; case-specific queries to
domain.disputes@wipo.int; general questions to
arbiter.mail@wipo.int.
Also the
WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center continues to receive and administer cases submitted under the WIPO Mediation, Arbitration, Expedited Arbitration and Expert Determination Rules.
Until further notice, any new request in this regard should be submitted electronically via email to
arbiter.mail@wipo.int. Alternatively, such request may be submitted online using the
WIPO IP Portal form.
Parties and neutrals benefit from considerable procedural flexibility. The WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center also makes available free of charge online case administration options, including an
online docket and videoconferencing facilities.
