Is a design reform needed? 3D printing / virtual printing?

ECTA Design Committee Chair and moderator Andrea De Gaspari (DeosIP, IT), together with Amaryllis Verhoeven and Virginie Fossoul (European Commission, BE), Mette Andersen (LEGO System A/S, DK), Dinusha Mendis (Bournemouth University, UK) and Katri Kiviniemi (Castrén & Snellman, FIN) will convene to analyse how 3D printing and virtual printing issues will be treated in the context of the upcoming reform of the design legislation, which are the grey areas and which legal questions need to be addressed.

The webinar is open to all and will be held in English via the Zoom Webinar platform. The cost is 50,00€ for ECTA members and officials/80,00€ for non-members.

Upon request, you will receive a certificate of attendance, in order to request CLE credits from national Bar Associations, if needed.

CLE credits are awarded or are positively considered by the responsible authorities in the Benelux, France, Poland, Germany, Estonia, Italy, UK, Cyprus, Hungary, Romania and Lithuania, among others. ECTA has contacted the responsible organizations in all other Member States, where CLE credits are required.
