The second edition of the EUIPO Trade Mark and Design Education Programme just came to its end with a very positive feedback. The attendance rate was in the range of 45-50 participants in all the sessions, with an average satisfaction rate per session slightly above 93%.

For the examination process, the dates are as follow:

Posting of the written exam on the ETMD EP e-learning course: 3 April 2020

Last day to submit the written exam: 4 May 2020, 12:00 (Alicante time)

Publication of the results: 27 May 2020

Oral exams: 8-9 June 2020

Closing Ceremony: 9 June 2020, evening


The celebration of the Oral exams, the Closing Ceremony, and the Steering Committee and Examination Board meeting on 10 June, at the EUIPO premises, will depend on the development of the COVID-19 outbreak. If the situation requires, these activities will be held online.

ECTA representatives on the Steering Committee and Examination Board will attend.
