The ECTA Annual General Meetings will take place on 18 June 2020 from 8.00 CET.

As on 1 January 2020 the new association ECTA AISBL became operative, for formal reasons we are obliged to organise two Annual General Meetings: one for the European Communities Trade Mark Association (‘ECTA UK’) and one for ECTA AISBL (‘ECTA Belgium’).

On Tuesday 2 June 2020, you should have received two e-mails relating to the AGMs of the two associations.
In addition, two separate invitations to vote in the Council / Board elections were sent to ordinary members. Ordinary members are kindly reminded to submit their votes for the elections for both associations and for the same candidates.

Kindly note that it is necessary to register separately to attend the two AGMs.

As ECTA members are spread across multiple time zones and regions of the world, the Management Committee would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused by the timing of the Annual General Meeting and the Committee meetings.
