National Association of Patent Attorneys of Ukraine (NAPA) unites Ukrainian patent attorneys and other IP professionals, committed to build a better society through intellectual property and innovations.

Our goals are to facilitate development of the intellectual property sphere, improve its legal regulation, maintain sharing of knowledge, contribute to the investment prospects of businesses, support the Ukrainian IP community, and strengthen relations with our colleagues across the globe.

Our special mission is to provide the international professional community with more information regarding Ukraine as a jurisdiction for the protection of IP rights, which remains active and provides more opportunities to businesses even during wartime.

NAPA's activities include:
- working on improvements to IP laws and regulations, including harmonization with the EU legislation
- cooperation with the Ukrainian Intellectual Property Office and other government agencies in terms of legislative reforms and practical improvement of IP protection and enforcement
- cooperation with national and international organizations in the intellectual property area to create additional opportunities for members
- knowledge-sharing and social events for IP professionals
- running NAPA Charity Fund to support Ukrainian IP community
