UZ.IP is a SaaS solution specialized in the automated management of trademark proof of use. It centralizes, qualifies, and leverages all evidentiary documents to secure rights and support strategic decision‑making in contentious and pre‑contentious matters. 

The platform operates as a trademark‑focused document management system, automating the collection, analysis, classification, and archiving of all materials demonstrating use of a sign (invoices, contracts, advertisements, press clippings, social media content, catalogues, brochures, etc.). It allows for the creation of separate access rights both internally (accounting, marketing, communication, subsidiaries, etc.) and externally (distributors, trademark attorneys, lawyers, etc.), to reflect existing workflows within organizations.

The single, secure interface automates within seconds the analysis and classification of documents by trademark, goods and services, territory, date, or period. Documents are presented in line with the legal, regulatory, and case‑law requirements applicable in each jurisdiction.

UZ.IP includes compliance and risk‑visualization tools, which make it possible to assess the strength of the evidentiary corpus and to highlight vulnerability areas (trademarks, classes, goods and services, territories, or periods that are insufficiently covered). The user can then implement targeted actions to collect additional evidence or to reinforce use. 

The solution relies on an artificial intelligence layer that analyses documents and assigns a relevance score to each item, considering the territorial context and the type of dispute, and provides a predictive assessment of the likely outcome of the case.
