I work with the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) in Bonn, Germany, where I combine trademark prosecution, brand protection, and anti-counterfeiting strategies to support one of the leading sustainability certification systems. My work spans cross-border enforcement, licensing, and safeguarding the integrity of FSC’s marks across more than 70 jurisdictions.
With over five years of experience in Intellectual Property law across India and Germany and a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property Law from TU Dresden, I am particularly interested in the intersection of trademark law, sustainability, and global enforcement. I enjoy translating complex legal challenges into practical solutions that protect brands while advancing meaningful environmental impact.
