Mediator, Legal Assistant at the 4th Board of Appeal, EUIPO, ES

Alexandra is an accredited Mediator with the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) and has served as a Mediator at the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) since 2012. She holds a degree in Spanish Law and brings almost 30 years of experience in intellectual property, having worked as a Trade Mark Attorney and Associate in leading law firms in Alicante, Rome and Madrid before joining the EUIPO’s Boards of Appeal. 

Fluent in five languages, Alexandra’s strength is in international IP dispute resolution, having successfully facilitated agreements in a wide range of intellectual property conflicts across different commercial sectors. 

Alexandra is also a frequent speaker and lecturer at international events on mediation and intellectual property.
