Amanda Zahringer is an Independent Non-Executive Director, Chair and strategic adviser with a global legal background spanning corporate law, financial services, governance, strategy and leadership development. A former international corporate lawyer and law firm partner in London, Madrid and Dublin, she has advised multinational organisations through complex legal, commercial and regulatory environments.

Amanda now works at board and executive level, helping boards, executive teams and senior professionals strengthen judgement, strategic clarity and commercial influence. She is Chair of the ROI Board at Community Finance Ireland, Chair of the Supervisory Review Board of the Advertising Standards Authority and a faculty member on the Financial Times Global Board Director Programme.

Her work sits at the intersection of law, governance, strategy and leadership.
