Andrea is a licensed Italian lawyer and trademark and design agent. He is co-founder and senior partner of De Gaspari Osgnach (De|Os), an IP firm based in Italy.

Andrea is an active member of some of the major international IP associations (ECTA, AIPPI, and INTA) and he is currently serving as Chair of the ECTA Design Committee.

Andrea’s substantial practice ranges in all IP legal and administrative issues, including trademarks, designs, copyrights, domain names, IP-related contracts, IP due diligence and IP Court and administrative litigation. Andrea manages IP portfolios and projects for domestic and international clients, covering different fields, including the sport, the fashion and the design industry.

Andrea is speaker at IP meetings and lecturer at professional seminars. He is an Italian national, with a law degree from the University of Padua in 1995. He entered the IP practice in 1998.
