Anette is a Swedish lawyer based in Stockholm. She holds a degree in law from Lund University and has over 25 years of experience in the development, commercialization and enforcement of intellectual property rights. In addition to advising on intellectual property rights, branding and marketing law, Anette has an extensive experience in anti-counterfeiting measures.

Anette began her career in the legal department of a leading global industrial gases and engineering company, focusing on patent and trademark protection. Following the move to private practice as legal counsel and team leader, Anette has for many years been advising clients from different fields of business, predominantly on trademarks and designs.”
