Specialises in trademark and design registration, maintenance, licensing and protection, as well as unfair competition matters, including litigation and anticounterfeiting actions.

At ECTA, Vice Chair of the Anticounterfeiting Committee and member of the EUIPO-Link Committee. ECTA representative at the European Observatory on Infringements of IP Rights (Enforcement Working Group) and at the EUIPO Virtual Community on Quality.

President of AIPPI Poland, member of AIPPI Nominating Committee and AIPPI Standing Committee on Trademarks. AIPPI representative at the EUIPO SQAP (cancellation decisions). Former INTA Board of Directors member and chair of several committees / subcommittees at INTA.

Chairman of the Advisory Panel on Quality at the Polish Patent Office.

In 2022 awarded by the President of Poland with the Bronze Cross of Merit for achievements in promoting IP issues. In 2016 honored with the INTA Volunteer Service Award for the Advancement of Trademark Law and in 2018 with the Badge of Merit for the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys.

Speaker and moderator at conferences and seminars of professional organizations in Poland and worldwide. Guest lecturer at the Kozminski Univeristy (ALK) in Warsaw and at the Academy of European Law (ERA) in Trier.
