With over two decades of experience, Carol Gormley is a Partner at FRKelly specializing in strategic IP portfolio management. She coordinates the worldwide IP portfolios of leading Irish companies and represents the interests of a broad range of international corporations across diverse sectors. Whether navigating global enforcement for a multinational or providing foundational IP strategy for an agile start-up, she focuses on delivering pragmatic solutions that align directly with her clients' specific business objectives.

Beyond her client work, Carol is committed to the development of the IP profession through her active engagement with a number of industry bodies. Carol is a member of the MARQUES Cyberspace Committee and sits on the Trademark Agent Registration Board of the IPOI. Carol is also involved in the Association of Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys (APTMA) in Ireland, serving on the Law and Practice Committee and the Executive Committee.
