Daniël Jongsma is a postdoctoral researcher at Hanken School of Economics, Helsinki. His main research interests include the process of harmonization of IP law in the European Union, the interface between IP law and fundamental rights, and more generally the impact of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union on the national laws of the Member States.
