Delphine de Chalvron has been leading the IP & Media department for L’Oreal Group since 2016. In this role, she defines and implements the company’s IP & Media strategy, overseeing a vast portfolio of more than 130 000 trademarks, designs, and domain names. Her extensive experience includes IP litigation and fight against counterfeits.

Prior to her current role at L'Oréal, Delphine held similar senior positions, including IP & Media General Counsel at Danone, and served as a lawyer specializing in Intellectual Property and Sport Law at Clifford Chance. 

Her comprehensive experience in safeguarding intellectual property assets, combating infringement, and managing large-scale brand protection initiatives, combined with a deep knowledge of the beauty industry, makes her fully qualified to discuss the multifaceted challenges and strategies surrounding "DUPES" in the intellectual property landscape
