Eric Gisolfi leads the Trademark Department within Advance’s Contracts, Intellectual Property, & Advertising group. He and his team are responsible for brand clearance, securing and maintaining trademark registrations, policing and enforcement of trademark rights, and brand licensing initiatives. He has extensive experience providing practical business and legal counseling on all aspects of trademark and brand usage on a global scale, especially in connection with editorial content, advertising and merchandising. Eric is also responsible for Advance’s domain name portfolio and is the lead in-house attorney for bankruptcy matters.
