Harald Förster is Attorney-at-Law and partner at Eisenführ Speiser. In addition to his legal background Harald has a first degree in Physics. Harald is certified Intellectual Property Attorney and representative before the UPC.

Harald’s main area of practice is litigation in patent, copyright, design and trademark matters. Harald has been involved in a large number of high-profile proceedings in design matters. He further has extensive experience in litigating 3D trademarks and trademarks with reputation. 

Harald is lecturer at the University of Bremen in the fields of design law and patent infringement and is co-author of the Eisenführ/Schennen commentary on the Union Trade mark Regulation.”
