Javier Moreno has a degree in Law and is a former official of the Spanish Public Administration since 1995. He joined EUIPO in 2011 and since then he has been Project manager under the Cooperation Fund of EUIPO (former OHIM), Programme Manager for International Cooperation, Head of Service for International Cooperation and in 2018 he was appointed Head of Service for European Cooperation. The current portfolio of the projects implemented in the European Cooperation framework are mainly focused in the implementation across all the EU IP Offices of projects related to tools and databases, the implementation of a number of Common Practices and other related projects to support SMEs in the field of IP through the European Union Intellectual Property Network (EUIPN).
