Chair of the ECTA Mediation Committee, Lantos Law, HU
Judit Lantos is attorney at law since 1998. Her main area of expertise is intellectual property law, with a special focus on trademark law. In addition to her work in other fields of IP law, including designs, copyright, trade secrets and competition law, she also handles matters in civil law.
She was a founding and later managing partner at the law firm closely cooperating with one of Hungary’s largest IP firms, where she worked for 24 years. During this time, she gained in-depth expertise in the field of intellectual property law and provided legal services to numerous international and domestic multinational companies.
In 2022, she established her own law firm, Lantos Law.
Judit is the Chair of the Mediation Committee of ECTA, and Member of the Advisory Committee of the EUIPO Trademark and Design Education Programme (ETMD EP) on behalf of ECTA.
She is also a certified mediator listed at the Hungarian Ministry of Justice, the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center and the Budapest Bar Association and she regularly mediates. Her qualifications in mediation and coaching enable her to support clients in finding the best possible solution, both as a lawyer and as a mediator.
