Klaudia specialises in intellectual and industrial property law, copyright law, advertising law and the law against unfair competition. She provides legal assistance in both litigation and administrative matters related to IP issues. She has extensive experience in proceedings in front of Polish courts and authorities, as well as in front of international bodies and she represents Polish and foreign entities in litigation, in proceedings in front of the Polish Patent Office, WIPO, EUIPO and in front of administrative courts. She has advised and represented global food and industrial corporations.

Klaudia is the author of numerous publications on industrial and intellectual property law. She delivers lectures on intellectual and industrial property law.
