Kristiane Vandborg joined Lundbeck in 2011 and is Heading the Global Trademarks department with expertise in Trademarks, Design, Copyrights, Domain names, Anti-counterfeiting and Brand Protection, Parallel Trade and Litigation. Kristiane has many years of experience in IP Laws, Policy and Strategies from the Danish Trademark Office representing Denmark in International and European governmental bodies, from private practice representing various companies and industries, and from inside the Pharma industry.

Kristiane has a Master of Laws from Copenhagen University and B.Sc. in Business Economics from Aarhus Business School and is a Danish Lawyer and Certified European Trademark and Design Attorney, is active and influencing IP groups and organizations and was for several years elected member of ECTA Counsel and ECTA Law Committee.
