Luke is our Chief Executive Officer based in our London office.

Luke has been CEO of Rouse since 2013, leading the business through a substantial period of growth and transformation. Under his leadership, Rouse has evolved from a regionally siloed structure to a global, service-led organisation; shifted to a corporate governance model enabling external investment and accelerated growth; and pursued strategic M&A to broaden its IP capabilities, client offering and market presence.

 Luke continues to advise key clients on IP strategy and change leadership. His experience navigating the dynamics between Eastern and Western IP systems gives him a deep understanding of global IP value creation. He is committed to strong governance and maintaining high operational standards across all the markets that Rouse operate in.
