Member of the ECTA Professional Affairs AND EUIPO-Link Committees and SME Task Force, Elzaburu, ES Manuel is a Senior Associate at Elzaburu. He currently heads Elzaburu's office in Valencia, where he is in charge of evaluating and designing strategies for the protection and defence of the intangible assets of companies, entrepreneurs and public institutions. He has advised national clients and large multinationals on safeguarding their Intellectual Property rights. His practice areas are trademark law and unfair competition. Manuel holds a Law Degree (Universidad Cardenal Herrera-CEU of Valencia). He also completed the Master in Business Law (LLM) at IE in Madrid and the LLM in Intellectual Property at the University of Alicante Magíster Lvcentinvs. In the academic field, Manuel is a lecturer at several universities such as the Polytechnic University of Valencia, the University of Valencia and the European University of Valencia. He is also a lecturer at several business schools, as well as in numerous courses for entrepreneurs where he offers advice on IP matters. Manuel is a member of the Madrid Bar Association. With regard to ECTA, he is a member of the Professional Affairs Committee, the EUIPO-Link Committee, the SME Task Force and represents ECTA in the Anti-Scam Network.
