Maria Antonella Incardona is a partner at Luppi Intellectual Property; currently leading the Trademarks Department, she is a key member of the IP Multidisciplinary Team of the firm.

With extensive experience in trademark prosecution, strategic trademark portfolio management and brand enforcement, Maria Antonella provides expert-level legal assistance to clients across diverse business sectors, including consumer products, food and beverage, appliances, interior design, and industrial machines. She regularly lectures on intellectual property rights, including in courses organized by the Department of Legal Sciences at the University of Milan, and represents User Associations in projects led by EUIPO, including SQAP on absolute grounds decisions, ECP2 Similarity Tool working group, and CP5 Knowledge Exchange project.

A member of the Italian (Modena) Bar, Maria Antonella holds a master’s degree in Innovation and Intellectual Property Development from the “Guglielmo Tagliacarne” Chamber of Commerce Study Center (Rome, 2003).
