Marta Kozlowska is Litigation Manager at HP (Hewlett Packard), responsible for strategic disputes and government investigations across the EMEA region.

Previously, she spent more than 10 years as counsel in the dispute resolution & arbitration team at Wardynski & Partners (a Lex Mundi member firm), leading complex disputes for international clients, with a particular focus on cross-border matters, competition law, brand protection, and long-term agreements.

Her expertise includes dispute-avoidance and pre-litigation advice, negotiation support, and representation in domestic and foreign courts and arbitration proceedings. She has substantial experience coordinating matters in foreign jurisdictions, including the UK and France. Building on her PhD research in white-collar crime and corporate criminal liability, she has also contributed to teams handling complex cases involving government investigations, corruption, and fraud.

In her free time, she enjoys outdoor sports, especially skiing.
