Naomi Stark

ECTA Member, Lubberger Lehment, DE

Naomi is a German lawyer. She advises and represents manufacturers of well-known brands across various industries, including the energy sector, in the fields of trade mark law. She handles all types of trade mark proceedings from the application through to enforcement. She advises clients on the global protection of their trade marks and has in-depth experience in managing large trade mark portfolios. She represents them before the German Patent and Trade Mark Office and the EUIPO as well as in infringement proceedings before German courts.

Naomi studied law at Humboldt-Universität Berlin, King's College London and the Universidad de Alicante. She then spent two years as a lawyer at BomhardIP in Alicante, before joining Lubberger Lehment in 2024. She is currently completing an LL.M. in Fashion Law at Luiss Guido Carli in Rome alongside her professional work.

As a contributing author to the forthcoming 2nd edition of Concise European Trade Mark Law, she comments on the procedural provisions of the EUTMR (Arts. 94–118).

She is a member of the ECTA Amicus Curiae Task Force as well as the GRUR (German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property).
