Ruta Olmane is a Latvian and European Trade Mark Attorney and the owner of OLMANE LAW FIRM, SIA. She advises clients on trade marks, designs, brand protection, enforcement, customs matters and IP disputes in Latvia and the EU. Ruta is actively involved in ECTA, where she served as President from 2016 to 2018 and has contributed to many ECTA committees. She is currently involved in the Design Committee and the Advisory Committee. Ruta was also a Jury Member of the DesignEuropa Awards in 2025 and 2026.
