Attorney at Law, EU and Italian trademark attorney, AICIPI Vice-President, IT

Stella has been involved in the IP since 2008. A master on IP with specialization on the Chinese market woke her interest and curiosity to this field and led experiencing both the German IP and the Chinese approaches. The International experience was then enhanced by several years of practice as trademark attorney at one of the leading IP Italian Firm, where she focused on trademark strategy of protection for Italian and foreigner Companies in the field of fashion, cosmetics, textile and luxury goods market, automotive, food and pharmaceutical industries. The professional experience was enriched through a study program in Japan, at the Tokyo based Institute for Intellectual Property, connected to JPO, ending with the paper “Designs: the underestimated weapon against product piracy” published by IIP 2013. 2017 Stella joined the Moncler Group as WW IP & BP Senior Manager, where she is responsible for the protection of IP assets and their enforcement on a global scale. The curious and inclusive attitude of Stella matched the international, dynamic and challenging creative spirit of the Group, which triggers to embrace diversity and inclusion in each aspect. Support to the diversity and inclusion building culture is constantly given, from the technical support before the launch of Moncler Group corporate values to the screening of collections under the IP and cultural appropriation aspects, up to communication, helping with her daily activity to build a culture of diversity, equality and inclusion.
