Partner, Attorney at Law, Noerr Alicante IP, S.L., Alicante (Spain) Tobias is managing partner of Noerr’s Alicante office and heads the firm‘s 42-strong IP Group. He specialises in trade marks and designs, with a particular expertise in, among others, European Union trade marks, international trade mark protection and litigation and proceedings before the Courts of the EU in Luxembourg.

Tobias was elected Lawyer of the Year for IP 2023 in Spain by Best Lawyers and has been recognised as a WTR Global Leader 2024.
