Member of the ECTA Anti-Counterfeiting Committee, Bérczes Law Office, HU

Dr. Zsófia Fulajtár graduated from the Faculty of Law of Budapest Eötvös Loránd University in 2004; she has been among the first professionals graduating in wine law at the University of Pécs accompany the diploma with the Université Montesquieu Bordeaux IV in the framework of the “Droit de la vigne et du vin” program in 2011.

She is a partner of Bérczes Law Office since 2015. She provides legal and strategic advice to holders of intellectual property rights (trademark, design, copyrights and geographical indications) in order to enable them to efficiently act against infringers. She represents international and Hungarian clients in criminal, customs, and civil procedures as well as domain procedures, as well as represents clients in trademark and design prosecution and litigation matters before the Hungarian Intellectual Property Office, the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).

She is currently a member of ECTA Anti-Counterfeiting Committee, member of Enforcement Committee of the Anticounterfeiting Board of the Hungarian Intellectual Property Office.

She was an active member of Anti-counterfeiting committee of the International Trademark Association (INTA).
