Member of the Local Organising Committee, Member of the Anti-Counterfeiting Committee, THK Legal s.r.o, CZ

Zuzana is a Trademark Attorney at THK Legal s.r.o., a law and patent office based in Prague, the Czech Republic that she joined in 2017.

Zuzana graduated from the University of Copenhagen where she focused in particular on IP law and defended her master´s thesis on non-patent based incentives for pharmaceutical innovation. She is responsible for handling the anti-counterfeiting agenda, has extensive experience regarding counterfeit seizures and regularly trains customs officers, as well as other Czech authorities. Zuzana assists and represents international and domestic clients in trade mark prosecution and litigation matters before the Czech Intellectual Property Office and EUIPO and advises clients with unfair competition matters.

She is a member of ECTA Anti-Counterfeiting Committee (since 2017) and also a member of PTMG.
