Every candidate for admission as an Ordinary Member shall:
(a) have his or her place of business or employment within the European Economic Area and is authorized to represent before the EUIPO,
(b) And/or have his or her place of business or employment within the European Economic Area and be qualified to represent before the European Patent Office,
(c) And/or be qualified to represent before a National Intellectual Property Office of a Member State of the European Economic Area

Non-ordinary - 350,00 € - (see Articles of Association 7.1)

IP Professionals who do not meet the requirements of Article 6 (1) may apply to join the Association as Non-Ordinary Members.
